Greens, pinks, and clay tones bring the spirit of Centre Court into a modern London home.
Tucked beside Wimbledon’s most celebrated stage, this home shares a quiet conversation with Centre Court. Step onto the terrace and you catch glimpses of the arena beyond; a reminder that rhythm, ritual, and play are part of the neighbourhood.

Inside, colour sets the tone: greens like grass after rain, soft pinks and clays recalling brick and chalk. Light spills through folding glass doors, opening the living space onto the balcony where planting softens the city edge.
Once a modest maisonette, now reimagined with character and warmth. A home that balances everyday living with a subtle nod to the theatre of sport just beyond.
Our scheme reworks the maisonette with a light touch, opening the plan and creating stronger connections between spaces. We’ve taken the spirit of place as their starting point; a home in quiet dialogue with Centre Court, reimagined for light, flow, and connection.
We’ve looked at reorganising the entrance floor to give clarity and ease, creating a more generous sense of procession into the living and dining spaces. The kitchen is reconfigured not just for practicality but as a social heart, opening onto views and drawing colour and texture from the game beyond. Sliding doors fold away to blur inside and out, turning the balcony into an everyday room of its own.
